Emjoi Soft Caress Cordless Hair Remover Reviews
78 of 80 people found the following review helpful Best epilator owned!, June 30, 2009 This review is from: Emjoi Soft Caress Cordless Hair Remover (Health and Beauty) This is my second epilator. The first one was OK, but it kept eating up batteries like crazy, so I went looking for a rechargable model. Well I found this one and LOVE it!!
It's got more tweezer discs than the other one and it removes hair more quickly. Hold a charge for a nice long time and recharges fairly quickly. You can also use it plugged in to an outlet, so if it runs out of charge or you forget to recharge it, you can still us it.

I'm guessing the Emagine is probably a lot faster because it has double the number of tweezers. But Like the title says, the Caress is definitely a good epilator for starters, just so you can get use to epilating your hair. I mean, it hurts more if you epilate more hair all at once than just 4-5 at a time, but of course it will take longer so you'll feel a lower pain level for a longer period of time because of the amount of time you will need to epilate all the hair you want to remove. It definitely tweezes out the hair, and because it is rotating so fast, the hair doesn't snap like when you are using a regular tweezer. Just to be honest, it definitely hurt at first, but the pain was very minute for me because I'm use to plucking out unwanted hair from anywhere on my body. The bikini line definitely hurt... 47 of 50 people found the following review helpful Not so much pain free, but worth it, March 20, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Emjoi Soft Caress Cordless Hair Remover (Health and Beauty) I don't know if I can rightly give this emjoi five stars, given that it's my first ever epilator, but I'm gonna go ahead and do so any. I'm just that happy with it.
I had decided to try an epilator, because I have psoriasis on my legs, which makes it difficult to shave. But that really hasn't stopped me, so I've been shaving away, but my last outbreak of psoriasis was not clearing and my dermatologist said I might have to stop shaving, because the razor was irritating my skin and making my psoriasis worse. So, this is how I came upon the epilators. I read a bunch of reviews and went with this emjoi cord/cordless model. I was going to possibly go with the red 72-tweezer emjoi version, but I was afraid that the larger head size might make it hard to tweeze some areas.
Anyway...just got my emjoi two weeks ago. Did my legs after taking a nice warm bath. I also did take a pain pill before, as some reviewers had advised. It was somewhat painful for the first minute or so,... Read more
